Sleep Easy Tea
Look forward to brewing a cup of Sleep Easy tea at the end of the day. Help yourself unwind with a blend of relaxing herbs. This tea taste wonderful, and only gets better if you add a spoonful of honey to boot. Brew yourself a cup, kick up your feet and and get yourself ready to relax. Brew Instructions: Add 1 tablespoon of tea to basket or cloth/bag, add 8 oz of boiling hot water over the herbs. Steep for 3-5 minutes for desired flavor. Can very easily make another 8oz cup with herbs as used before. Ingredients: Chamomile, Passionflower, Valerian, Peppermint, Gotu Kola. The loose tea will make roughly 12-15 cups of tea depending on how strong you like it. + Anyone with allergies to Asteraceae Family should take precaution when using Chamomile. Also recommended before using to consult with physical first.
