PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The XinCraft series 7" santoku knife is an evolutional try, combining traditional san mai forging process with high-end selective materials. It has 440C steel for the core steel, with high hardness after vacuum heat treatment and super edge retention, and 410 stainless steel for the outer edges with nice corrosion resistance. The Hammered TSUCHIME finish helps release food easily when cutting. The whole knife body is handy enough to help on flexible cutting tasks. To make the handle better corrosion resisted and natural, Xin team apply both natural ironwood and stabilized iron wood for the handle, and joint with brass spacer.
