XC136 XinCraft 8.4" Chef Knife (San Mai Forged)

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION This knife is an evolutional try combining traditional san mai forging process with high-end selective materials. It applies 440C steel for the core steel, with high hardness after vacuum heat treatment and super edge retention, and 410 stainless steel for the outer edges with nice corrosion resistance.We apply natural ironwood for the handle, and joint with brass spacer. The whole knife body is full tang structure and handy enough to help on flexible cutting tasks.
