Mint Chocolate Chip Peppermint Dark Chocolate Bar

If Mint Chocolate Chip is, or ever was, one of your favorite ice cream flavors, we think you'll love our Mint Chocolate Chip chocolate bar. Inspired by that childhood classic ice cream favorite, we created a chocolate bar with that same bright and fresh peppermint flavor with bits of chocolatey crunch.  Rather than using mint-flavored oils, we grind organic peppermint leaves into a fine powder which we then add into our stone chocolate grinders as the chocolate is liquifying so that the chocolate is fully infused with real peppermint. After pouring the chocolate into our chocolate bar molds, we hand sprinkle the back of each bar with toasted cocoa nibs—an adult take on chocolate chips—for that bit of crunchy texture.
