Designed from the ground up, XPR manual cam chain tensioners help reduce friction and drag, giving your engine more horsepower with a freer feeling, quicker revving response. The stock cam chain tensioner puts excessive tension on the cam chain guide, creating a lot of drag and heat which reduces horsepower and response. With our recommended adjustments, our manual cam chain tensioner allows you to set the tension for optimal performance. This tensioner works with the OEM tensioner O-ring unlike other brands, which keeps the engine's oil pressure where it should be. Features include: Stainless steel adjuster has reduced mass and a titanium nut, both providing longevity and weight savings. Pre-installed internal O-ring. Lightweight billet aluminum housing.
