Quartz sword earrings with Australian opal and smokey quartz star dangle earrings

Little handmade swords adorned with Australian opal, and coated in copper using a technique known as electroforming. The copper on these have been darkened with a patina to give it an antiqued look and these are finished with a wire wrapped smokey quartz star and antiqued brass ring and and brass earrings hooks. You may notice a slight peeling on the edges of the stones which is just the coating coming off the crystal (not the copper!). Protecta clear will coat your copper for a long time, but will eventually wear off as is the nature with copper jewelry. Your copper jewelry may darken over time with your own natural oils and exposure, but they can always be reshined and recoated!
