The Tiered Caftan Dress can be made in three lengths: a bodice, short dress, or long dress. The front has a V neckline, and the two tiers to the skirt are ruffled. Shown is the Long version. The back of the Tiered Caftan also has a V neck opening, and the caftan covers the shoulders. Caftan can be worn belted.
