Triskel Hops Triskel Hop Profile Triskel is a new hop cultivar with an aroma similar to Strisselspalt, from which Triskel inherited its floral notes, but slightly fruitier. High content of essential oils make Triskel very suitable for late and dry hopping, contributing a pleasant and well-balanced bitter character. The name ''Triskel'' was inspired by triskelion, the symbol of the Gauls, ancestors of the modern French people.
