Triumph Hops Triumph Hop Profile Released in 2019 by the USDA's public hop breeding program, Triumph hails from a lineage that consists of EKG, Brewer's Gold, Nugget, and Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Triumph has noble genetics, yet surprises with bright aromas of orange, peach and lime rounded out by notes of pine and bubblegum. A dual-purpose variety (10.6-11.4% alpha acids) that's well-suited in lagers and fruit-forward ales IPAs alike.
