Made in the USA.   Direction: Begin with a clean and dry nail. Apply a coat of YAPA 3-in-1 Nail Strengthening Base Coat on nails. Allow the base to dry before proceeding with color application. Apply 2 thin color coats and allow each coat to dry before proceeding to the next. Finish with 1 thin Top Coat for a shiny finish.  Pro Tip: Brush over the edge of the nail bed left to right with a top/base coat. This is key in providing you with extended wear.
