Sound bath and Stitching

In partnership with AUM Studio's Stacy Lewis, join us for an evening of sound and stitching. A Night of Harmony and Handmade giving. Settle into a soothing 1 hour sound bath experience while you stitch a simple hat pattern. After the sound bath you are welcome to hang out and stitch until close Together we will stitch hats that will ideally be donated to The Transgender Resource Center. (You may chose to keep your hat.)  Lost Cultures Tea Bar 1761 Bellamah Ave NW suite C ABQ Dec 15th 6-8pm includes: sound experience, yarn and pattern (knit or crochet) **you will need a 16" size US3 or US5 needle (knitting pattern) or a size US H or 5.00mm hook (crochet pattern) bring your own or purchase from Yarning beforehand.
