Harrisville Shetland

Spun in Harrisville, New Hampshire, this100% virgin wool yarn is a mainstay weaving yarn for blankets, overshot coverlets and garments. It is, also, a great yarn for knitters and crocheters for colorwork and throws. Micron count is 25 - 30 for softness and loft,   It is put up on 1/2-pound (8 oz) cones and is unwashed. Items made from this beautiful yarn will full to a lovely loft after wet finishing. Sampling using your preferred finishing technique is recommended prior to starting project to confirm weaving sett or gauge.
