Twirls sweater

Quick and fun to knit, it even has a bit of of a sense of whimsey~ The new Twirls sweater is knitted with, wait for it....a Recycled yarn. I so love that fact and the feel of the sweater is wonderfully comfortable.  A straight shape, knitted from the bottom up with a two color stranded motif around the lower body which gets repeated just above the sleeve ribbing. The shoulders show off a prominent seam done with your knitting needles, a fun method and it looks great. The bottom edge uses a twisted rib stitch and the neckline and sleeve edges are done in a two by two rib stitch.  The pattern is fully written and includes a chart for the motif for sizes 34 to 52" with plenty of positive ease worked into each size. Knit kits include Main yarn - A new recycled yarn for the base in a 50% recycled Acrylic/30% recycled cotton/20% recycled polyester. 250 yards/100 grams per skein in a DK weight. 3 skeins used for sizes 34 & 36", 4 skeins for all larger sizes.
