Labor Goddess Water Birthing Set

Make this versatile set from swim knit for a water birth.  Use bamboo, merino, or cotton/lycra for non-water births.  This set is not designed for support - it is to cover the important bits while you labor.  Great for postpartum milk bath or maternity photoshoots! The bandeau top has very long ties that will wrap around your body several times!  This allows you to tie them however you like, including under the belly for support.  You can knot them on the front or the back of the body.   The skirt is lightly gathered to a waistband with an enclosed seam.  The hemline is left raw.   Pattern options:  Strapless bandeau with a seam in the back.  Or wrap bandeau.
