With all the love to Palestine We are partnering with Olive Odyssey - a Palestinian collective dedicated to sharing the rich heritage of Palestinian farmers and their generational farms. Palestine has some of the oldest olive trees that produce the most nutrient dense olive oil in the world, with original variety trees dating back to 4,000 years ago. Some families have trees passed down for generations! Olive trees are a powerful symbol of the deep connection and care that Palestinians have with their land and their culture. The heart of Palestinians and the roots of the olive tree have been intertwined for thousands of years. Since the brutal occupation, the olive tree and its strong roots symbolize resistance and resilience for the people of Palestine. For this fourth drop we have five incredible Palestinian farmers.
