Hop Perfect

After eight years and 86 unique versions of our Hop Project series, we believe that we have hit upon the perfect blend of hops for our year-round IPA. It's brewed with pale barley, wheat, and oats, and generously hopped with Citra and Mosaic hops. Is it the perfect IPA? It is to us - but we'll let you decide! ABV:  5.7%     IBU:  91 Available for pick-up ONLY at the taproom during normal business hours.Pick-up orders will be held for 4 weeks from purchase date.No refund on abandoned orders.
