For 2026, we’ve taken a portion of Maizonne and allowed it to rest and evolve in a single oak barrel previously used in an upcoming lambic collaboration, developing layers of oak, citrus funk, soft acidity, and a beautifully rounded rustic grain character. Line Hoppers get first access before the public to these extremely limited bottles. Oh and that Cantillon collaboration re-do.
