80301 Red Line friction modifier and break-in additive can be added to any gear oil-- petroleum and synthetic--to replace the manufacturer's limited-slip additives. It's ideal to tune a clutch-type limited-slip differential to reduce break-in temperatures as much as 50 degrees. Add 1 oz. at a time to clutch-type limited slip or posi-traction units to eliminate chatter.
