Both are fully hallmarked under the bowl and decorated with scallop shells and foliage on the stem. Salt cellars marked on base: lion passant (sterling), head( George IV), crown ( Sheffield), C (year mark), SGX?? (makers mark) Spoon marked JD&S (James Dixon & sons), Crown (Sheffield), Lion passant (sterling), S (year mark) A great addition to your victorian home decor or the perfect housewarming gift idea.
