A Tribute to Grace - Santa Barbara Highlands Vineyard Rosé of Grenache 2024 (750ml)

Our thirteenth vintage of the wine we celebrate Spring with! We look forward to honouring allllll the new beginnings with this in hand, and besties alongside. We opted for a full skin-fermentation for a portion of this wine. The remainder was foot-tread by our sacred familia on harvest day: the annual grace-dance included Mum & Pete, Godpa Si also straight from Kiwiland, and then our wāhine grace fam: alongside bubbles, laughter, and so much joy. A long, slow, cool fermentation ensued. The finished wine aged sur lie in stainless before being bottled under a Leo moon on December 20, 2024TASTING NOTES: Nectarine blossom, satsuma, cassia.
