Château d'Orschwihr Gewürztraminer Bollenberg 2018 (750ml)
Tasting Notes: The Gewurztraminer Bollenberg expresses its terroir through a very characteristic roses/lychee smell. The mouth displays peach, passion fruit with a hint of candied fruits aromas. Very delicate, the sweetness can hardly be felt behind the liveliness of the wine. Food Pairing: Enjoy it as an aperitif, with spicy food or with strong cheeses The Domain: It is difficult to date the start of winemaking at the Château d’Orschwihr.
