The textural frame is superb, firm tannins that quickly dissolve in the mouth under a summer fruit bowl of strawberry, blackberry and rhubarb flavours, with refreshing piquancy from redcurrant and sour cherry notes, all set on a minerally base like you’re sucking wet stones dipped in fruit compôte.
