Château Trebiac - Graves Blanc 2022 (750ml)

Skilfully managed by Arnaud de Butler, Château de Trébiac lies on a gravel plateau at Portets, 35 km south of Bordeaux. This is a 100% Semillon, an expressive white Bordeaux with aromas and flavours of citrus, peach, and exotic fruits balanced nicely with the acidity and minerality you would expect from a white Graves. The nose delivers notes of white flowers followed by a beautiful aromatic palette on citrus fruits such as mandarin. On the palate, a nice roundness, balanced with an acidity that lingers on a fruity finish: notes of white-fleshed fruit and citrus zest that bring a nice freshness. Rich, rounded and full-flavoured, it makes the perfect accompaniment for oily fish like mackerel and salmon, chicken Caesar salad, flavourful cheeses and decadent seafood.
