THIS Disco is definitely not dead! Drink it chilled or cellar temp. It’ll grip the sides of your tongue with acid and CO2 and finish with pointed plum, herbal bramble and violets. 70% Shiraz and 30% Grenache vinified separately and then blended. The fruit originates from several vineyards across the McLaren Vale but notably from “Ralph’s” vineyard, their best source for Shiraz. You’ll never say Syrah again. Too bad there isn’t an Australian synonym for Grenache
