No delay to the aromas of berries, violet and cherry, medicinal notes of thyme and marjoram, all wrapped in a mix of cinchona, carob, licorice, sandalwood and a measured nouance of oak. The intense and complex bouquet does not betray the taste, soft and fresh, supported by a fine tannic texture with a mineral finish. Long lasting persistence.
