TASTING NOTES Violets, perfume and smoking meats fill this elegant and intense Malbec. The palate is concentrated but with soft and gentle tannins. Vanilla pod, warm toast and plum jam lead to notes of tobacco leaf and cooked herbs on the lengthy finish. SERVING SUGGESTION Serve with rare Filet Mignon; the rich sweetness of the meat working perfectly with the soft, herby tannins.
