Zeni - Moscato Rosa 2012 (375ml)

The Moscato Rosa is a particularly vigorous variety, its distinctive feature being that it transforms into a production of about two thousand kilos of grapes per hectare. The vigor of the plant during flowering causes flower abortion, millerandage and stretching of the bunch with a drastic reduction in grape production. This result is further reduced based on the partial drying of the grapes, aimed at obtaining a greater sugar concentration. It goes well with cream-free or moderately sweet pastries such as fruit cake or strudel. Pair it with a fruit salad. Excellent with cheese like gorgonzola.
