Winemaker Notes Bright pale yellow color. The nose is still restrained showing complex, spicy and peppery aromas. On the mouth, the wine shows a great intensity and brightness of flavor. Bright and ripe acidity allows for a harmonious finish, this wine seems at first, quite gentle and eventually opens up to an intense wine dot. It feels really elegant and almost easy to drink, no doubt it will need more time to fully express the characteristic of this great vineyard. Fragrant turkish delight character, rich yet dry with a wonderful interplay of ripeness, a mere hint of grape sweetness and complex spiciness. What a beautiful finish!
