The poles fold up to just 13.5 inches and include their own Velcro strap and carrying case.  Choice of Nordic or trek/ski grips. Here is a grip guide to help you understand the choice. Available in 3 sizes: X-Short Once expanded they can extend from 29.5" to 37.5" (75cm to 95cm). These poles are for walkers 5'3" and shorter, however body proportions are unique, therefore the most accurate sizing measurement is from the ground to the top of your forearm when parallel to the ground and the x-short size is for those with a forearm-to-ground measurement of 30" to 38". Each pole weighs 10.5 ounces. Short Once expanded they can extend from 37.5" to 45.25" (95cm to 115cm). These poles are for walkers 5'3" to 5'7", however body proportions are unique, therefore the most accurate sizing measurement is from the ground to the top of your forearm
