16 Ounces / 454 grams A blend of beans sourced from Brazil and Nicaragua. It takes four different roasts all at different levels or degrees of roast to get this blend. The over all roast flavor that comes out is a Medium to Medium Dark flavor. Maintaining a great balance of the origin flavor notes of each bean while having a hint of a dark roast flavor. *** Because of the popularity and demand of this blend we are roasting large batches weekly! The roast date on the package may reflect this. Also our Nicaragua bean is slightly different, same farm same area just a different micro lot. Don't worry it still is Great Tasting Coffee!
