Its bright, tart vegetal top notes are reminiscent of green tea and pair nicely with the earthy notes characteristic of a black. The tea makers left this batch of tea completely unsorted, so expect a wider variety of leaf sizes in each ounce and the occasional tightly-pressed cluster of rolled tea leaf, all contributing to an incredibly balanced and deep cup.
