Low to Medium light plant Easy care  Can be tied or glued to wood or stones Java Fern is an easy epiphyte aquarium plant. Great for a low tech fish tank. One of the best attributes of Java Fern is its versatility. Unlike some aquatic plants, Java Fern is not a strict root feeder. It can be attached to rocks, driftwood, or other hardscape in your aquarium. Its rhizome, the thick horizontal stem from which leaves emerge, should be anchored rather than buried in the substrate. This allows you to create a nice natural aquascape and gives you the freedom to easily move your java fern. This plant is pretty undemanding and will grow best tied to rock or wood. Light isn't an issue as this plant will grow well in both low lighting and high lighting tanks. Botanical name Microsorum pteropus Java Fern Light demand low Difficulty easy Usage Epiphyte (grown on hardscape), Foreground, Midground Growth rate slow pH value 5-7 Temperature 68 - 86°F Hardness 1 - 14°dKH Max. Size 4-8"   Sold as a potted plant. You'll receive one nice full pot with 2-3 rhizomes.
