Do you need some help with meal planning, or want to learn how to combine specific foods to meet your personal dietary needs, or are you looking for more delicious recipe ideas to add to your current meal repertoire? Are you ready to take back your Emotions by adding better nutrients to your day? During this course, you will record your daily eating habits in MyFitnessPal & journal your emotions in order to figure out why you eat what you eat when you eat and why you choose the foods you choose. Once a week we will talk/text to discuss your eating habits and discuss your choices and how to better organize sensible meal that incorporate healthy nutrients to build your entire body back to homeostasis. During this program, you will learn many things about yourself and learn how to love every aspect of YOU!
