If the part # starts with a G and does not have the dimple top that is a match for this listing. 15 total pins, 3 connectors (11-2-2 pins) and flat top.  **NOTE** The mounting points are intact but because of the rusted bolts they had to be cut off and the mounting points do look a little chewed up but they are still good to use.
