Siser® Sparkle™ is a thin, layerable glitter vinyl with a smooth finish. The glittery flakes are embedded in the vinyl making it flexible and soft to the touch. If you love Siser Glitter HTV but prefer a glittery finish with no texture, then you're going to love Sparkle!
