Allow about 3 weeks for your sign to ship out.  Payment options are available.  This sign is made from distressed woods that have a variety of knots, cracks, and other natural occurring imperfections that give it a vintage look and feel. This makes the sign show off it's authentic creation that is an important characteristic of the sign. As a result, we do not consider these imperfections as defects, and we will not replace signs that have these qualities.  If a sign has been damaged in shipping we of course, will replace it upon request.
