66 Percent is a cool new idea from our friends over at Spingear. They thought it would be fun to remake some of their favorite yo-yos, only smaller, at 66% of the size! This is the 66% Duncan Barracuda! The 66% Barracuda is machined from stainless steel which gives it a really powerful spin and some of the best performance we have seen in such a compact design. It plays fast, maneuverable, and surprisingly stable.
