About the Queen: Emilia brings a freshness to life that is unmatched. Her contagious personality and belief that “life is sweet” was the inspiration behind Sugared Pineapple. She’s making a difference in her community and has a passion for finding ways to include those who feel excluded. Attending Speech therapy for the last seven years and being bullied for her speech, Emilia much like a pineapple, is a little hard on the outside, sweet on the inside and wears her crown proudly. About the Non-Profit: The Miracle League breaks barriers for children and adults with physical or mental disabilities, using custom-designed turf fields and a "buddy" system to foster friendship, self-esteem, and inclusive experiences with America's favorite pastime.
