Tier 1 BCX

    Tier 1 BC experimental model with reverse swedge  Legionnaires, for Cyber-Monday we are putting up for sale 12 ONE-OFF Tier1-BC’s. They have reversed Persian Swedges. There was some discussion at the shop up in Michigan on how the rotation of the swedge actually works in controlling linear flex. What should our entry-angles be, exit-angle, keep the swedge straighter or increase rotation, reverse it, etc. 20 were originally made, 7 went out to independent testers/influencers, the rest were kept in reserve incase of failures. The testers were not told that they had a one-off so as not to influence or introduce biased into their/our testing outcome. Some of the testing is on video on YouTube & Instagram, some is not. The testers were asked to try to: snap the tip, flex the blade, test the edge on antler or Hickory, cow femur and aluminum block, baton on the scales.
