Every laser has adjustable power, and the unit easily mounts to standard MIL-STD-1913 rails. Envision Technology RAILc (Commercial Model) Illuminator Output The Envision Technology RAILc is the commercial variant of the Rail-Mounted Aiming/Illumination Laser (RAIL), designed for civilian and commercial use. It is classified as Class 3R overall, which limits its output to eye-safe levels for non-restricted users (unlike the Class 3B restricted variant for military/law enforcement).
