Pure Forest Honey

In the Jezzine region’s oak forests of Southern Lebanon, honey bees collect pollen from oak trees with wild sage and thyme nectar to produce a dark and bold pure forest honey. This raw honey is unpasteurized, unheated and bottled at room temperature to retain its vibrant flavor and delicate nutritional properties. With a velvety texture and subtle sweetness, it’s delicious with cheese, pine nuts, desserts or on its own.
