Zulu Strap - La Perla Azzura Camouflage

Dig the NATO look, but don't understand the point of that extra layer of strap behind the case?  I can relate, so I put these guys together.  A simple, classic utilitarian strap that works with dive suits and tuxedos. These Zulu straps are made with La Perla Azzurra, made by one of the best tanneries in Italy.  This is a fully vegetable tanned leather with a supple feel and naturally pebbled texture.  Dryer and stiff than the Chromexcel straps due to a lower oil content and natural tanning process.  The lower oil and wax content also leave the straps prone to stretch if you get them wet, keep these out of the pool and shower if that's a concern.  Like all leather, these straps will patina over time with exposure to sun and skin oils, and will likely darken some.  These are a little thicker than nylon, 1.2mm-1.4mm, and may require curved spring bars depending on your watch, which I'll include.
