Panama Finca La Santa

Located in the the province of Chiriqui near the town of Boquete on the western edge of Panama, La Santa is a 225 hectare coffee farm that has been in the Gallardo family since the 1960s.   The current owner, Jose Manuel Gallardo works along side his son and daughter to carefully and attentively manage their business.  To guarantee the highest quality and intensity of flavor for their coffee, La Santa ensures all cherries used in their production are 100% ripe; hand separating any that don’t meet their standards.  Once picked the cherries are washed and patio dried.
