Steel Comb for the Leatherman ARC and FREE series

This modification adds a hair comb to your Leatherman ARC, FREE P4, P2, or Garage #005 Now with new laser etched ruler option! 430 Stainless Steel (Magnetic) The same material series as the ARC tools Tumbled for a smooth finish 0.073" Thick An every day carry comb you can keep on your multitool. Optional Laser Etched Ruler: For a bit extra, add a laser etched ruler to your comb! Choose from 4 ruler variants: Metric Only: Both sides with millimeter increments. Inch Only: Both sides with 1/16" increments. Metric Primary: One side metric, one side inch. Inch Primary: One side metric, one side inch. The rendered image changes as you make your selection. Please refer to it for which side is primary. (As it depends on your install location). Suggested configurations: ARC, Replacing the Can Opener: Remove the Can Opener on a Leatherman ARC Place the comb on the outside, next to the Saw ARC, Replacing the Saw ARC, Replacing the File FREE P4, Replacing the Saw Garage #005, Replacing the Saw Garage #005, Replacing the File Installation: The tool must be taken apart to install this modification. Any warranty concerns are entirely up to the user. See the video above for a how to. You will need two Torx T9 bits to remove the screws holding the tool together. The screws need to be loosened by holding one side with a bit, and turning the other side. The screws are secured using thread-locking compound, and heat may be required to loosen the compound. Care should be taken to open the tool on a clean surface. Keep the thick washer between the scales and the comb.
