Neckerchief Slide 25 pack

A woggle is a device to fasten the scarf worn by Scouts throughout the world. The name woggle is used in many countries, but they are also called neckerchief slides in North America. Pre-cut vegetable tanned tooling leather with snaps installed. Ready to dye, stamp and tool, or simply attach one of our decorative conchos for a finished look.  Each piece measures  3 -7/8" length x 1 -5/8" width.  Kit contains 25 neckerchief slides.
