These are custom made to fit the zen automatic pump head.  We sell these individually not only as replacement parts but also for users that are looking to upgrade or expand their equipment.  The Standard tube is 2.5 inches in diameter x 8" long and come with the standard Zen Pump system. You may want to purchase this tube for any of the following reasons:  To replace a damaged or lost tube from a standard pump tube system To add to your Vac Hanging system if you feel the XL tube is too large for pumping.
