Zen Master
Become a zen master! This training plan unlocks fully personalized fitness, nutrition, and general health coaching from me. We will conduct an in depth interview to discuss your current health, future goals, and everything in between. I will start from scratch and work with you to create workout and diet plans that are perfect for you. The Zen Master plan is designed to help you optimize your overall health and fitness through weekly coaching sessions. Coaching sessions occur every week on Zoom. We will discuss progress and roadblocks to optimize your progression. We will also review goals every meeting to keep you motivated and accountable! As a Zen Master, you have access to an additional 30 minutes of coaching every week which is used for more in depth training. Your coach will be in the gym and will conduct live demonstrations and explanations to help you progress with your training!
