The DFNDR Armor® Level IIIA system is engineered with the highest grade of ballistic materials; an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber, bound with a resin matrix to make it a hard stand-alone armor system and equipped with Spall-Tek to further reduce deflection of projectile fragments. This armor is made specifically for each of our concealed carry purses and simply slips in the designated pocket. The DFNDR Armor® Level IIIA system is independently tested to the NIJ 0101.04 protocol and NIJ 0108.01 protocol for the thin profile option at NIJ Certified Ballistic Labs.
