Trinity A3 Master Pallet - for System Calibration

Compatibility: Trinity AX1, AX2, AX5 systems Material: High-quality 6061 Aluminum. Design: The Trinity Master pallet is machined with a central bore for X, Y center alignment and an indicating surface for clocking with the X axis. These features are machined in the same workholding instance as the underside center pull stud and locating slots. Use the Master pallet to align your Zero Point system on the table and then machine fastening and locating features onto your Trinity pallets. If the Zero Point system is ever moved during maintenance or a collision on the machine, the Master pallet can be used for re-alignment. When purchasing Trinity Pallets with locating features from Zero Point Automation, your pallets are laser engraved with our Master pallet serial number. In the future when you purchase additional pallets, we calibrate our Zero Point system with the same Master pallet, ensuring consistency of locating features across pallets purchased at different times.
