Handmade in Livingston, MT Use & Care: Hand wash with soapy water, rinse and dry after use. **NOT DISHWASHER SAFE** Keep blade and handle oiled with food safe oil, such as mineral oil. High carbon steel is not stainless steel. It will darken / stain and over time a patina will develop. This is normal and doesn't affect performance or food safety. Oiling the blade will remove some of the staining, but not completely.
